Angela

There is an enthusiastic following of Narramores in the US with a family get-together in Crossville TN during the first weekend in August. I've just returned from a 3-month, 15,000 mile motorcycle ride around the US and took the opportunity to call in at the get-together. I suggest you contact Georgia Brooks (GNBrooks@BLomand.net) who organises the weekend. She can also tell you of a new and thick book on US Narramores that I saw at the event.

Crossville was founded by a Narramore, a Civil War veteran, and the town was in fact initially named 'Narramore'.
