John Nauman B:~1811, Saxony, Germany

I am looking for info on John Nauman, born about 1811 in Saxony. I have come up with several possibilities for names of his wife, so I think there were several marriages. They are Mary, Rosina, and Eva. According to a distant cousin, John is buried in Elmore, MN, where he had lived with his son Morris. This cousin also tells me that He has seen Rosina's grave near East Troy, WI. The 1870 and 1880 Monroe County, WI census shows John married to a woman named Mary. I have also found a birth certificate for a Fred Naumann (who I'm pretty sure is the right family) with Eva shown as the mother. My ggg-grandfather, I know, was named Karl Wilhelm Naumann and was born June 14, 1848. I also know that they immigrated when he was 7, and that he was 14 at the onset of the Civil War. He had 16 and 18 year old brothers who served. Karl Wilhelm married a woman named Margaret Ziegler.

If any of this makes a connection, please let me know.

Thanks,
Danielle Nauman
