I'll be glad to share what I can find on the Radford family. I was asked by Braswell Library in Rocky Mount, NC to bring together a group of cemetery records which were not included in other available resources. I am in the process of indexing these records now and am about half done - none of the Radford's I found date back to the time frame you wanted so far. Please remind me later (in a month or so) and I will check the final print.

So, I decided to check other resources I have... I did find in "The Connector" - the newsletter of the Tar River Genealogy group - quite a few "Radford's"...Volume 2, Issue 1, Page 11 in a story about Argo church in Nash County. The names come from the Argo Chapel bulletin for Christmas 1896: Miss Eva Radford, Ellis Radford, William L. Radford, Wade Radford, Ben Radford, Lottie Bell Radford, Martin Radford, John Radford, Nannie Radford, Liney Radford, Willie Radford, Mary Radford, Lizzie Radford and Pattie Radford.

Hope it helps...good luck
