I DO NOT HAVE INFORMATION ON A PERQUIMANS CO. JACKSON, BUT THE EARLY COUNTIES WERE PERQUIMANS, CHOWAN, ALBEMARLE AND BERTIE AND THEY OFTEN MOVED FROM ONE TO ANOTHER.

MY OLDEST JACKSON IS WILLIAM JACKSON, will dated 23 Dec 1804.Chowan County.
He married Sarah Hoskins 2 Dec 1793 in Chowan Co NC. They had William Jackson jr, James Jackson, Elizabeth Jackson who married John Felton, Nancy Jackson, Rachel Jackson, and Sarah Jackson, who married William Bush of Chowan County.

He could have been born in Perquimans in the 1770's. If you link these families, please let me know.
