Hello Chris. Sorry, I don't have access to the later Electoral Rolls. Elsie's death certificate should give the number of years they were in NZ when she died and would be closer than an electoral roll which is once every three years.

Ask for an electronic printout - it is not a legal document, but is a copy of the original entry and is cheaper than a certificate and often gives more information.
How is Adelaide? Lovely place, I've visited several times and would like to live there, but the heat gets to me!
