Looking for any information on the family of:
James Midgely HIGGIN & Maria Hope NICOL who married in Hokitika - 1875.
Apparently James started his new life in NZ at Invercargill before moving to Hokitika where he was Mayor for a time. He was a Chemist / Druggist.
The family of 4 sons & 1 daughter then moved (with their parents) to Feilding - near Palmerston North about 1879.
