Thank you Althea I shall look at the oldfriends site. I don't know where Gordon died, cannot locate the info for will/probate or cemetery. As I am in Australia I don't have access to NZ newspapers, I think he may have lived in the Te Puke area as did his parents and he was a farmer, that is all I know. Barbara
