Many thanks Bonnie for all of that wonderful information.
I wonder if she was Rhodes or Rose. I found her on the passenger list of the "Cathcart" as Rhodes.
I know that Charles Henry came to South Australia & married a Elizabeth Messenger in 1947,don't know if Alice did.
You have been a great help to me.
