Death certificate should have parents name and place of birth the ones I have purchased do have this

You can order the certificate on line use the date, vol and page number above it should give you parents names when you receive it

I haven’t checked for Henry you will need to have a look around the sites

Also suggest you try the Rootschat forum under the county for saint george and the NZ forum someone may have further info e.g. English census can be very helpful
