Long Lost relatives
Posted by: Thomas MacKinnon (ID *****7485) Date: September 19, 2009 at 11:43:23

Hello everyone, I don't Know if anyone can help me, but a quite few years ago a relative of mine got an email from a MacKinnon in New Zealand who was looking for some long lost relatives in Canada. I don't know how she got this email because she doesn't have the same last name and she had deleted the email before telling anyone else. Anyway the story goes that we in Canada were all ways told that we were descended from one of three brothers that came to Canada, one went east, one west and one went south into the US. This person from New Zealand said that they were also told a story similar to ours other than there was a forth brother that went to New Zealand, if anyone has any information about or have heard this same story, please let me Know, Thank You.
