I am researching my husbands family. His great grandmother was Margaret Ann Cecelia Nikirk, b: 6/17/1849, in Middletown, Maryland. Her father was George Nikirk, b: 1812, Washington Co., Maryland, married Mary Bechtel (Bechtol) and had 11/12 children. His father was George Adam Neikirk, b: Jul 3, 1780, in Berks Co., PA. Died July 7, 1844 Boonsboro, Washington, MD. m: #1 - Margaret Shiffler May 6, 1806 had 7 children then had 10 children with #2 - Anna Mary Mondebaugh m: Feb 11, 1817. Does any of this tie in with your Nikirk? I have info on Margaret Ann's family. Dulca Baxter
