The Chariton Leader, Chariton, Iowa

JAMES, the little son of MR. and MRS. FRANK NISWENDER, who has been sick for some time with appendicitis, was operated upon this morning by local physicians, at their home in the west part of the city. He has been confined to his bed for about three weeks. It is hoped the operation will prove successful and he will soon be restored to health.
