Thank you very much for your offer.The only probelm is all I know is my fathers name from my birth certificate. My mom moved us away from all family when I was about 3 yrs old. She would not talk about him and now she has left without a forwarding address, so I am kinda stuck.
I do know that he had Diabetes and was supposed to have died when I was 3.
Social Security records show only one Robert Normand dying around that time but it says he died in 1971, I would have been around 7 or 8 then.
One more thing I do know is that he was born in Suffield, Conn. He was about 25 when I was born in 1963 in Mass. That would put his birth year around 1938 or so.
Thank you for anything you can turn up. I am trying to apply to S.S. for a copy of the Death certifacate for the Normand that died in 1971 to see if that might give me more info.
