I have two Sarah Northern's that might be the one you are speaking of. Unfortunately, I do not to who either was married (if at all). Anyhow, here are the two potential candidates:
1. Sarah, daughter of William Northern and Abigail Minty. She was born ca. 1761 and possibly married in 1790. She lived in Edgecomb County, NC on her late father's land.
2. Sarah, daughter of Peter Smith Northern and Jane Alderson. She was born ca. 1775 and lived in Richmond County, VA. I do not know if she was married or how old she was when she died.
