Hi Linda, This gets complicated. I sometimes answer posts at random instead of doing crossword puzzles. I look for ones that have the words "please" and "Help" in them and no replies for a month. This thread, as I reconstruct it: 08 May 2003: Tralena posts a typical newcomer's request. 10 May 2003: Peg replies with three census entries. 13 May 2003: Tralena says she doesn't understand. 8 June 2003: I search for "please help" in messages posted on 08 May 2003, see the original and the follow-ups and do what I can to help. This one was an exception to my "no replies" rule. Somewhat later: Tralena decides it is too complicated for her and gives up genealogy in favor of collecting those spoons with state flowers and birds on them. That or her parents have failed to teach her any manners, because she doesn't even post "Thank you" or "got it". 11 Feb 2008: You notice the thread. I have no Nowling lines. I'm sure many of them were wise, witty, warm and devilishly handsome people with interesting lines. All of the Packs are. You might post a new message here, aimed at real Nowling researchers, and send your papers off to someone who would appreciate them. Notify Administrator about this message?
