This is the phone number for Virginia City Chamber of Commerce. (775) 847-0311. The Silver Terrace Cemeteries is divided into 3 sections (possibly more). There's the Masonic, The Catholic and another one that I can't remember off hand. I used to live about 30 miles south of Virginia City and have a Great Great Grandmother buried there. Another phone number that you might want to try is the Comstock Historic District Commission at (775) 847-0281. They might have more information on the Silver Terrace Cemeteries.
Good Luck and I hope that this has helped you a little. There are also several smaller cemeteries in the vicinity of Virginia City, Gold Hill, Dayton, etc.
