ANOTHER MAN KILLED - Nov. 11th, a man named James DODD was shot in the heat at Gold Hill (N.T.) by Daniel FERRY and almost instantly killed. The difficulty occurred at the Blue Wing Saloon and originated in a dog fight. FERRY was immediately arrested and put in jail.
