There is an O'Brien DNA project at Family Tree DNA at www.obrienclan.com . The most exiting thing recently I think is the identification of the Irish Type III cluster which some have suggested is a Dalcassian signature. You can find out more here: http://au.geocities.com/t120r61/Main.htm
