I've been working on my genealogy but am getting frustrated with a very large hole right from the start!
I'm trying to locate anyone with information about a Robert Walter O'brien, born around 1911. Not sure where he was born but he lived on Texas Avenue in St Louis, MO around 1941-42. He would be my grandfather. He and my grandmother were engaged but for some reason didn't marry after all. My mother was born in 1943.
He had two children from a previous marriage that was probably around 1930. Mary Ann O'brien, born June 8, 1931 in St. Louis area, and Donald Robert O'brien, born Oct 15, 1932, also in St. Louis. No clue as to their mother.
Unfortunately this is all the information I have which isn't much to go on. If anyone knows anything of this family I would love to hear from them.
