Thank you Reinhart! I have found similar results with the censuses.. to answer your question:

Is Harry McClevy (Harry McClevy Philadelphia Ward 1, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania abt 1886 Pennsylvania White Grandson) the son of Jane O'Brien born around 1867???

I'm not quite sure on this one.. i thought maybe Harry was a son of Mary O'Brien before her marriage to Joseph Sullivan, perhaps from a previous marriage? but not so sure on this one...

Any advice on how to go further, like find out info on before they came over to the US?
