I am looking for information on John O'BRIEN, Mary HEALEY and their descendents. John O'BRIEN was born in Ireland c1834 +/- . He married Mary HEALEY, also from Ireland, b. c1839.
Their son John J. O'BRIEN (b. June 1864 in Vermont - d. July 1946 in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois) married Ida Jane NEARMAN from WI. They married 28 September 1891 in Delta County, Michigan (Escanaba?). They moved to Chicago about that time and had 5 children:
- Mary O'BRIEN (b. 1892 in Chicago) married a Mr. McKENNA;
- J. Eugene O'BRIEN (b. Dec, 1894 in Chicago);
- Mildred O'BRIEN (b. Nov. 1898 in Chicago) married a Mr. MANIX;
- Edward John O'BRIEN (b. 3 July 1903 in Chicago) married my Aunt, Elsie MERRIMAN on 24 September 1924 in Chicago - d. 1 September 1980 in Chicago and buried at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery;
- Charles J. O'BRIEN was born after 1903 in Chicago. He became a priest.
