Hi Anatoli,
I wish there were better news as I've been searching for Walter over two years with no luck. Unfortunately, my great-grandfather passed away in 1937 and his obituary indicates his brother was living in Pennsylvania at that time. My great-grandfather was born in 1869 in Poland so that, too, makes me believe they are not siblings. Best of luck with your search -
