Memorial card 1914 Naval UK

My mother in Law has a card, which I have a scan of and which bears the following text;

In Loving memory of L. O'CONNER Stoker, (aged 24), who lost his life in a bunker explosion on HMS "Bellerophon", June 7th 1914.

There is also a postage stamp size picture and a verse.

This ship was probably out of Weymouth, DOrset or Plymouth, Devon.

I thought I'd post just in case he belongs to someone.
