Tim: Don't know the origins of my O'Dea family, but Mary Frances O'Dea was born in Washington DC on April 14, 1863 to Martin and Sarah O'Dea. Sarah may have been a Griffin. Martin & Sarah were married in approx. 1860, and both seem to have immigrated from Ireland shortly before this. Mary Frances' siblings were Bridget, Nellie, myra, Margaret, Sada, and Thomas (who died as a child). All stayed in the DC area. Don't know whether any of this connects or not. Mary Frances married a Wilding (hence my name).
