Bridget O'Dea was born about 1863 in Galway (possibly townland of Ballyburke at top of Taylors Hill in what is now part of Galway city). Parents may have been named Peter and Jane? Bridget married Samuel Forde about 1877 and they lived in Galway city raising a family of ten children minimum. She died June 1945 and is buried at Rahoon cemetery.
