Bartholomew O'Day emigrated from England 1857 to WI

I am trying to trace roots past my gggrandparents Bartholomew O'Day and Mary McNamara; they emigrated from England in 1857 with my gggrandfather John O'Day (aged 9 months) and ended up in Grand Rapids (now Wisconsin Rapids) and then Merrill, WI. I have always been told that we are from Clare; but don't see anything on the name Bartholomew. I do have some cousins I need to check with but any information would be greatly appreciated!
