If you can find the cemetery and the church records it may give some indication of the birth place of Julien Olivier. It is highly possible that he resided in the same area for a long time and was a long time member of
the particular church of that area in Paris.
If he was in business there may be some old tax records that might indicate family names.
The cost of 6500 may be in dollars ( which would indicate a tomb) or in francs( which might be much less and indicate a simple burial).
