Seeking info on and descendants of Hiram ORMSBY born 1806-1810 NY married 27 Aug 1829 Parishville, St. Lawrence, NY to Laura Battey daughter of Amos and Sarah Battey. They resided there and later moved to Michigan. Laura probably died between 1830 and 1840 in MI and Hiram (if it is the same Hiram) remarried in 1849 to Henrietta Branch. They appear in the 1830 census in Parishville, and in 1840-1860 in Van Buren Co., MI. By 1870 Hiram is in Casco, Allegan, MI. At least four children for Hiram and Laura including James born c1834.
