According to the records of St. Mary's Church (Ticonderoga, Essex Co., NY), Charles Leon Osteyee was born November 05, 1869 to Charles Osteyee and Euphemia McGowan (there are a number of variations in the spelling of first and last names of this family in these records). Charles Leon Osteyee was baptised October 15, 1871.
According to federal census records Euphemia appears to be the daughter of William and Emily McGowan of Moriah (Essex Co., NY).
Charles Osteyee is the son of Francis Osteyee and Esther Beaudry.
