I'm an Otteson, and I'm lost!!!

I (b.08-30-76) am the son of Tommy Ray Otteson (b.04-'57), who was born in Tonopah NV. He (Tommy) is the son of Lynn Warren Otteson (b.....I don't know when, but around 1930) who was born in Sanford Colorado. Lynn was the son of Vern Christian Otteson (b.1889-1929) and Bernice Evelyn Westbrook. Vern had a bunch of brothers and sisters; Mary Elice, Ida Larsena, Bertha Viola, Cornelia Annie, James Arthur, Ralph Hans, Clara Elnora, and George Andrew Otteson. They are sons and daughters of James Otteson, and he is the son of Jens Christian Otteson (abt. 1831) and Elice Hurst Christensen(1835). I don't know if Jens and Elice had any other children or not, James is the only one I know of. So that's it. The most frustrating part is I know I'm only missing one name from being able to link to hundreds of Ottesons. Everybody back then used names of older relatives for their children's first and middle names, and I see so many names in the searches I do that have the first names of lots of my families middle names........but no links! I believe my family moved out to Salt Lake City w/ the Mormon settlement in the early 1800's, then to Sanford Colorado. So if any of you ever come across any of these names somewhere, please let me know. Be good, I'll talk to ya later, Tony

Ps. Oregon Tami, w/ James and Christian in my line, we've got to connect somewhere.
