Is there anybody out there researching this name.
I have a WILLIAM OVENS b abt 1825 in Biggar, Lanarkshire.
He was a Grocer and Wine Merchant.
married to Jane PATERSON and in the 1881 Census had 3 surviving children:
ELIZABETH KEDDIE OVENS b in Glasgow 1854

THOMAS OVENS b Biggar 1862 Grocer Appr. in 1881

JANE PATERSON OVENS b Biggar 1865

I would love to hear from any descendants of this family. Or any Patersons that are connected.
