My name is Paul Vincent Ovens. I was born in Langholm, Scotland on Jan 20,1968 to Jim and Cecilia Ovens. My grand parents are Jim and Connie Ovens and I have an Uncle Robert Ovens whom all still reside in Scotland.
I am trying to locate or gain any information that may help me locate my birth mother as I have not seen her since I was 5 years old. I do not know if Cecilia is her correct name or not.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
