I am trying to find any info about my ancestors. My great grandfather was William Stuart Ovens (b. 24 Feb 1892 d. 23 Aug 1945). He married Christina 21st December 1917.
I know he spent some time in Canada near the turn of the century and fought with the Canadian army in WW1.
He had two sons, Andrew and William (both still living in Scotland).
Does this ring any bells with anyone? If so please get in touch.
