I was wondering what line of Harpoles you came from. I am the great great grandson of Thomas Jefferson and Martha Jane Harpolein Mississippi. In the 60s, I found a Francis Harpole and wife, Helen ,later he married his wife's sister, Lila, after Helen died.Helived in Colfax,Illinois, in Mclean County. We have met many Harpoles in Illinois.
