I had forgotten that this possibility has been researched in some depth. The will of Robert Newsom was probated in Lancaster County July 10 1665. This will apparently named children William, Robert, and Elizabeth.

A Robert Newsom was one of the administrators of the estate of Henry Johnson who died intestate in Lancaster County in 1722. He is assumed to be the son Robert mentioned in Robert Newsom's 1665 will (i.e., Elizabeth Newsom's brother).

Henry Johnson is thought (not proved) to be the father of William Johnson who married Margaret Pace, daughter of John and Elizabeth Pace.
