If you click on it you should go to my web page about obits. (Orbits, with an "r", are things the space shuttle does.) It tells you how to write for obits, but it takes a long time to do so. I ramble. Sometimes I make a good joke, but mostly I just ramble; I use too many semicolons, too.

Are you using a genealogy program, like Family Tree Maker, PAF or Roots Magic? If so, a GEDCOM will save you hours. If not, it will be worthless.
