Martha ; Sorry for the delay in responding to your last message. Do you still live in MA or where ? We are in NY. My folks were Olivers from Springfield, MA. My mother was Carl's sister. Robert M. Packard's parents were Asa S. Packard and Mary W.(Benjamin), and his siblings were William, Lucien N., Ferdinand, Francis B.(died at Harper's Ferry,VA while a soldier-aged 16yrs), Asa S., (Robert M.), and Fanny E. His grandparents were Sampson and Susan( ) who was his second wife,(first wife was Fanny Wheeler). Their children were Wheeler, Noah, Richard Daniel, Asa S., and perhaps John and Sampson. I do not know if you have this information. I have been unsuccessful in finding Sampson's parents, but there was a Jacob living in Warwick MA at that time, but no birth records yet to prove he was Sampson's father. We go to FL for March, so for about two months , I won"t be getting on the web pages. Bonnie
