A change of spelling would definitely make things harder! I have been amazed at all the different versions.
I have a little info on the wives - mostly names until I get to Deacon John Parmenter's wife. But you are welcome to anything I have!
Sounds like we are in the same line of Parmenters, as far as George anyway. I'd love to exchange information - maybe we can fill in the holes for each other.
