Hi Lisa, No I knew that my Mother was not your Gladys Mae, My mother s "May" was the giveaway and in any case she only spent three weeks in Canada and that was with her sister in Saskatchewan and she was in her sixties then. My amazement was in the similarity of the names. I wonder what the odds are of such a co incidence, must be astronomical.thank you for replying and I apologise for my arrogant presumption in thinking that only my Mother would carry that name.I wonder, was there some Welsh blood in the Gladys Mae, The names are Welsh, and my Maternal grandfather was of pure Welsh blood. Again Thank you for replying. I apologise for being so long replying to yours but I have had a wee bit trouble with this electronic gubbins regards George H Paylor
