Pedrotti disappearing in Santa Rosa/Napa area

I am in need of information about James Stephen Pedrotti who walked away from a rest home in Santa Rosa/Napa area. I want to read the articles in the newspaper but I need to know when this happened. All I have be able to find out from a relative of his is that this happened in the late 1960's. He was never found. Can anyone help me? I have all his brothers, sisters and there families and would like to complete his line.
