Dear Linda, I was in school with Billy Pegg who married a girl from my graduating class of 1953. As I recall there were three children: Bobby, Jo Anne and Billy. Their father was one of two dentist in Kernersville. I can't remember the father's name but if you would like, I can ask my sister who still lives in Kernersville to contact one of the three children and ask them to contact you.
