I's been a long time since I posted this, and I need to clarify something.
The wife of William F. Pentecost was born Sarah J. Wilkins,
daughter of Willis and Katy Wilkins. Sarah had been married to Andrew Kilpatrick, 18 Aug 1842 Madison Co., TN, before she married William F. Pentecost 29 Dec 1846 also Madison Co.
And her first child Margaret was a daughter of Kilpatrick, not of Pentecost. Margaret used the Kilpatrick name when she married Henry Pippin 18 Sep 1866 Madison Co., TN
