We are looking for any information on Hemming Peterson/Petterson, born in Sweden circa 1900-1910. He married Jenny Sundin.
Hemming and Jenny emigrated to Canada, probably around 1930 and then had a child, Nancy Peterson/Petterson. I believe the located to Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario.
Apparently Hemming left when Nancy was a child. It was rumoured that he remarried another woman a few years later and had another family.
Nancy Peterson married Jim Gilbert circa 1954 and they had two daughters, Nancy Karen Gilbert & Sharon Gilbert. Nancy Karen went on to have 4 children and Sharon had 1 (now deceased).
