Emihamn was made from registrations with Swedish port police before leaving Sweden. Many Swedes did NOT leave through a Swedish port, however, Many left from ports in countries such as Norway, Denmark, and Germany.

Norway seems most likely for this family.

At any rate, maybe this is your Per Svante.
