I did a Google search by putting "Farrish Lee Tackett" in quotation marks (so that Google will look for it as an exact phrase) and came up with a reference to an obituary for someone of that name in an index to something called the "Tackett Family Journal."
The web page also mentions that he lived from 1888 to 1988 and was "of" Magoffin Co., KY and Waverly Co., OH. Does that sound like your ancestor? I wouldn't think there would be too many people around named "Farrish Lee Tackett."
Also something came up that's a forum discussing this family in the Italian version of Ancestry.com.
I remember responding to another recent Phipps post that had something to do with someone in Magoffin Co., KY.
