It discusses Benjamin and Isaiah, I assume the ones you were referring to.

Also, in reference to what you were saying about Rowan Co.: It looks as though around 1768, what was later Ashe Co., NC was a part of Rowan Co. (See the animated NC county formation map at http://www.familyhistory101.com/maps/nc_cf.html)
