I am trying to find information on the Pirner family in Jefferson City, Missouri.... Specifically the families of Adam Pirner and Ellen Brown and Andrew Pirner and Margaret Brown...The Pirner brothers married Brown sisters.....I am not directly related to the Pirners, however their father was my great-grandfather's brother....I was told by my Uncle Paul that Uncle Richard Brown could dance a fine Irish jig..... I had no idea that my mother's great-grandparents were straight off the boat from Ireland..... Am hoping to find some connection to family that has some knowledge of these Irish roots..... My Great-Great Grandparents were Richard Brown b. abt 1808 and Ellen O'Keath/O'Keefe b. abt 1808... They immigrated to the states between 1834 and 1838...They had the following children... William b. 1832 Ireland Thomas b. 1834 Ireland James b. 1838 Missouri Margaret b. abt 1839/40 Catharine b. abt 1841 Richard b. 1843 Dennis Patrick b. 1845 Richard b. 1843 is the father of Ellen and Margaret who married the Pirner brothers... Dennis Patrick is my great-grandfather..... I believe that the daughter of Ellen and Adam Pirner and her husband Otto Franke were the attendents in my Grandparents wedding....I would truly love to connect to this family and learn their history....
