hey Zach, I'm a Pleiss in Minnesota as well. My grandfather is ernie pleiss, my great grandfather is george pleiss, his wife mercedes. after that it gets a lil sketchy for me, my parents know more but I believe it goes ludwig pleiss and then to wilhelm pleiss who came over from germany with his brothers.
