Elizabeth POULSON (widow of Wm) vs. Thomas, Jasper, Jonathon, John POULSON; John & Cordilah KERSHELR; Josiah & Julianna BEALL; Joseph BRADY & Jonathon, Agnes, Naomi BRADY----heirs of Joseph BRADY. All heirs of Wm POULSON who d 28 Apr 1836. Mr POULSON had distributed his land to his heirs during his lifetime, but left a $300 promissory note for which Elizabeth asks for in lieu of dower.
