Hello Jerry,
I have this Sarah Pugsley that you mentioned in your note with William Morey. There is no Stephen mentioned in connection with this Sarah and William. She is listed in my records as being the daughter of Samuel (b)1734 (d)1804 Mother is listed as Elizabeth Brundage (b)1726 (d)1790) and with siblings James, Phebe, Elizabeth and Eliza.
Can you verify the information you have? Seems the date is too far off to be the Sarah with William and yet, it seems quite a coincidence that there were two Pugsley women with the same name married to a Morey husband and all being from the same NY area. Can you find any more inormation on Stephen?
